What sets No Trace Inc. apart from other shredding companies? 
 

1. Pulverization!

Our output product is approximately 1/8” to 5/8” random pulverized pieces. Other companies produce a 5/8” width but the length can be 8-11 inches. Pulverization leaves no sensitive information: like social security numbers. We offer a government specified approved shred output, which has allowed us to do work for the U.S. Treasury Department.

2. AAA NAID certified.

No Trace Inc. is one of very few companies in the bay area that is AAA NAID (National Association of Information Destruction) certified. There are many companies that are NAID members but, that does not give them the mandates that we follow to be the most secure shredding company available. Here are just some of the mandates we must follow as an AAA NAID certified company: 
 

1. Employee Clearance.

Drug screening, checking employment history, and criminal background checks enable us to restrict high-risk individuals from our employment. This prevents your sensitive documents from falling into unsecure hands. 
 

2. Access Control.

Secure removal of pulverized documents, security of facilities, monitoring of alarms, and video monitoring and recording are of utmost importance at No Trace Inc. Our in-house shredder is fenced in from floor to razor wire at the ceiling. Only cleared personnel can enter this area. 
 

3. The Destruction Process.

We pride ourselves on the small particle pulverization size, document destruction timeframe, and disposal of destroyed materials. No Trace Inc. offers the most superior shred type in pulverization. We normally process all paper before closing time. We then bale our paper into over ˝ ton bales, with the bales going on a local truck to Georgia Pacific to be recycled into household products. 
 

4. Secure Processing.

No Trace Inc. verifies compliance with the service provider’s written policies and procedures.
